Rankin Painting is Bob Rankin and his son Chris. That is the company. When you get a quote from Rankin Painting, the person who walked your property is the person who paints it. There are no subcontractors and nothing gets handed off.

Rankin Painting has been a licensed and insured painting contractor for 16 years, working out of Aldan and covering Delaware and Chester Counties. Between Bob and Chris there is 50 years of combined experience.
The work is residential and commercial: interiors, exteriors, decks, wallpaper removal, pressure washing and garage floors. Some of it is a single room. Some of it is a whole house or a commercial building. The approach does not change with the size of the job.
How we work
Preparation is most of the job. Repairs, filling, caulking and priming happen before any finish coat, because that is what decides whether the work still looks right years from now. It is also the part nobody sees once the job is done, which is exactly why it is the part that gets skipped by people in a hurry.
Your property gets protected before anything is opened. You get told what is happening while it happens. Payment is typically due on completion, and larger projects may run to a payment schedule agreed up front.
